While everyone at Bagamour believes you're going to love your subscription, sometimes things happen and for this we do want you to know if you find you have any issues that warrant a return, an exchange or a refund, please feel free to submit your inquiry in the form provided and someone with our Community Support staff will be in touch right away. Be sure to upload any images of your item(s) to assist us in determining the best solution for you.

Return Policy Details

All sales are final and we do not allow returns or substitutions of products. We reserve the right to refuse or limit any orders and Memberships.  We may refuse any cancellation requests for products and orders in our sole discretion. We reserve the right to provide substantially similar products to fulfill your order.  
If you receive a damaged or incomplete order, please contact us at help@bagamour.com within three (3) weeks of receiving your order.

We may offer any refunds or replacements solely in our discretion.
