Bagamour offers two box membership types: Quarterly and Annual.
When you subscribe to a Quarterly Membership, you will be charged $59.99 USD (plus taxes and shipping, if applicable*) at the time of purchase for your first Bagamour Box. After that, you will be automatically charged a renewal fee of $59.99 USD (plus taxes and shipping, if applicable*) on the 1st of each seasonal month for each Bagamour Box until the membership is paused or cancelled.
As a Quarterly Member, you always have the option to pause or cancel your membership with no penalties or cancellation fees at anytime prior to the 1st of the next seasonal month to prevent your subscription from renewing — of course, you will still receive the Bagamour Box you had previously purchased.
For example, if you are wanting to pause or cancel your Quarterly Subscription before the Summer Box, you must pause or cancel prior to June 1st to prevent your subscription from renewing on this date.
Although the quality of all products are the same for both Quarterly and Annual Members, our team chooses the color/style of the choice products for our Quarterly Members. When you subscribe to an Bagamour Annual Membership, you receive four Bagamour Box selections at a discounted rate, saving $20 USD across the year — or $5 USD per box — as a perk of making a longer-term commitment to the Annual Membership. As an Annual Member, you can pause your membership at anytime prior to the 1st of the next seasonal month (March, June, September, and December), if you would prefer to skip an upcoming Bagamour Box.
For example, if you wish to pause your Annual Subscription to skip the Summer Box, your request to pause must be submitted before June 1st to prevent the Summer Box from shipping on this date.
You can also cancel your membership with no penalties or cancellation fees at anytime prior to the your annual renewal date, to prevent your subscription from renewing at the start of your fifth quarter. As an example, if the first Bagamour Box that you received was the Spring 2020 Bagamour Box, your annual renewal date will fall on June 1, 2020. Cancelling your annual membership will prevent your subscription from renewing at the start of your fifth quarter, but you will still receive any of the remaining four seasonal boxes for which you were previously billed.
As a perk of making a longer term commitment to the membership, Annual Members also receive the ability to customize each Bagamour Box by selecting the style/color/type they wish to receive of available choice items within a season. At the moment, the Bagamour Box customizing option is only available to Annual Members, as one of the perks of making a pre-paid, longer term commitment to the membership — the quality and the products are the same for Quarterly and Annual Members, but our team chooses the color/style of the choice products for our Quarterly Members.
If you are a Quarterly Member and are interested in upgrading your subscription to an Annual Membership, please email to our Community Support Team at email@example.com and we will happily process your upgrade request.
Upgrades must be completed prior to the 1st of each Quarterly Renewal month (March for Spring, June for Summer, September for Fall, and December for Winter) to ensure your seasonal Bagamour Box has not shipped with your existing Quarterly Subscription. For Annual Members that purchased their subscription any time prior to the customization window opening for a particular season:
Our Bagamour Box customization option is used to select and save your Bagamour Box custom selections in your 'Customize My Box' page, when logged into your account, once the customization window is open. A Bagamour Box customizing notification will become visible at the top of your My Subscription page at this time. Rolling emails will also be sent to all Annual Members notifying them the customization window has opened for the upcoming season.
When will the Bagamour Box Customization Window open each season?
For Annual Members who purchased their subscription after the initial customization window has opened for the season, you will be instructed to visit your Customize My Box page in your account to make sure you make your custom selections immediately after checkout.
Once the customization window has closed, you will see a notice under your 'Customize My Box' section that reads "Selection Window is Over..." and you will be unable to make any any further changes to your choice selections. The most recently saved choices will be applied to your order and we will begin preparing your Bagamour Box for shipment.
To reactivate your canceled Bagamour Box Subscription:

*If your past Bagamour Box subscription status shows as 'Expired' rather than 'Canceled' you will be unable to reactivate this subscription, but can certainly go ahead and sign up again for either an Annual or Quarterly Subscription by visiting our SUBSCRIBE page. Of course, you may always send an email to our Community Support Team at email@example.com with any further questions.
How do I log in to my account?
You can log into your account by either clicking the My Subscription button in the top right hand corner of our homepage or by simply clicking here. Once you have reached the login page, your username will be the email address you created your account with and your original password.
If you are unable to login or reset your password, please first double-check you are using the correct email address and if you find you're having issues you'll be prompted to 'reset my password.'

Should you ever receive a product that is damaged, or your shipment is missing a product altogether, please send an email to email@example.com within two (2) weeks of delivery and our Community Support Team will assist you with replacing this item. To expedite this process, please include a photo of the damaged product.
Unfortunately, it has come to our attention that some individual subscribers have disingenuously engaged in the reselling of Bagamour Box goods misrepresented as damaged or missing. Such behavior impacts our ability to provide the best possible customer service and to get high quality products in the hands of members at the lowest possible price. To protect the interests of our Community Members, we reserve the right to terminate a customer’s membership(s) in the event of a fraudulent claim.

How do I reset my password?
You can reset your password by clicking on the "Reset Your Password" link on the Bagamour Box.com log in page. From this page, input the email address associated with your account and hit the reset button — you will receive an email with instructions to reset your password shortly!
*NOTE: Occasionally, the password reset email may filter into your email spam folder, so if you don’t see it in your inbox right away, it may be found there. Additionally, we recommend adding team@Bagamour Box.com and hello@BagamourBox.com to your email contact list to ensure important emails do not continue to be filtered into your spam folder going forward!
If you are already logged in, you can also change your password at any time by visiting the ACCOUNT DETAILS page and clicking on 'Edit' next to your 'My Account' section. Simply enter your new password and save!

How do I pause my subscription?
Should you decide this season’s BAGAMOUR BOX is not for you, you can pause your subscription to skip the current box and continue on with the next seasonal box. This feature is available to both Quarterly and Annual Members. For Annual Members specifically, pausing will simply skip the current season and extend your one-year term — so in total, you will still receive four quarterly BAGAMOUR BOXES. To request a pause on your subscription, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and our Community Support Team will take care of this for you!
*NOTE: a pause request must be submitted prior to the seasonal renewal date (March 1st for Spring, June 1st for Summer, September 1st for Fall, December 1st for Winter) in order to prevent receiving a box for that season.
What is your cancellation policy?
All BAGAMOUR BOX purchases are final and nonrefundable. That said, Quarterly subscribers can cancel their BAGAMOUR BOX subscription(s) at any time before their next renewal date to prevent the subscription from renewing.
Annual customers must receive 4 seasonal boxes before being able to cancel as per their commitment to an annual subscription. There is no cancellation fee.
By canceling your subscription with BAGAMOUR BOX, you are simply preventing it from renewing on its next renewal date — this process does not automatically issue a refund and you will still receive any seasonal boxes remaining under your subscription term (whether you are a Quarterly or Annual Member) prior to its next renewal date.

Once your subscription has renewed, we cannot retroactively terminate and refund the renewal charge. This is because we immediately begin fulfilling orders following each quarterly renewal date. Once a box enters the fulfillment process, we are unable to cancel the order and prevent the box from shipping to its destination. If you made a mistake during checkout or have a sudden change of heart, please send an email to email@example.com right away and we’ll absolutely do our best to accommodate a refund, if possible, before your BAGAMOUR BOX enters the fulfilment process. Once your order has entered the fulfilment process, it is considered final and nonrefundable.
*NOTE: If you are uninterested in receiving the upcoming BAGAMOUR BOX, you also have the option to PAUSE your subscription (skip one box). As an Annual Member, pausing your subscription will extend your term and you will still receive 4 boxes in total. If you would like to CANCEL (prevent the renewal of) your subscription, you can do so from your SUBSCRIPTIONS AND ORDERS page when logged in to your Account at Bagamour Box.com, or by sending an email to our Community Support Team at firstname.lastname@example.org.
